Welcome to Day 16 of 25 Days of Prayer! The Lord wants us to have provision as He did not call His children to live in lack by any means. It is important that we know what the word of God says so that we live in the blessing and promises that He has for us. We must also understand the requirements the Lord has for us as His children to experience the promise land (the ultimate blessed life)! I want to share with you a few scriptures to meditate on and speak over your finances and your life and then we will proceed with prayer.
Scriptures to Meditate on:
Tip: Insert your name into scripture when you read them out loud as affirmation.
Luke 6:38 “Give, and it will be give to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you.”
Proverbs 3:8 “Honor the Lord with your wealth and with the first fruits of all your produce
Genesis 13:2 “And Abram was very rich in cattle, in silver and in gold.” (The Abrahamic Covenant)
3: John 1:2 Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.
Malachi 3:10-12 “Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. And thereby put me to the test, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour down for you a blessing until there is no more need. I will rebuke the devourer for you, so that it will not destroy the fruits of your soil, and your vine in the field shall not fail to bear, says the Lord of hosts. Then all nations will call you blessed, for you will be a land of delight, says the Lord of hosts.
2 Corinthians 9:7 “Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver
Ephesians 3:20 “Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly than all we ask or think, according to the power at work within us.”
Prayer for Provision:
Dear Father in Jesus name. We thank you for the gift of provision. We thank you that you watch over us and take care of us. Father, I lift up the person reading this prayer today and supplicate on their behalf for blessing over their finances. Lord, I pray that your child continues to seek You and understand what Your word says when it comes to provision. Lord, we know that You love a cheerful giver and You love to bless Your children. Father, I pray for those who are in need. I pray for a turn around in their finances and a shift in their mindset towards money. I pray that they develop a giving, prosperous and wise mindset when it comes to money. I speak 3 John 1:2, that as their soul prospers so shall every area of their life prosper (Health, Finances, Home, Family, Joy, Peace). We know that through you Lord Jesus, You will do exceedingly, abundantly above all that we can ask or imagine. I pray for the supernatural miracle of divine provision over this person and their household now. In Jesus mighty name I pray. Amen.
Encouraging Word:
Since becoming a consistent, cheerful and faithful tither, I have seen the hand of God (blessing) over my finances. When we honor God with our first of everything (the first of our day, the first of our income, etc) we invite God in to protect and provide! I also found that reading Proverbs in the Bible and soaking in the wisdom it offers, added to how I handle my finances and my life which also brings about blessing. If you are in tough or tight spot, know that things will change! Ask God for wisdom and know that He will do exceedingly, abundantly, above all that you ask or think when it’s according to His word/His will. Will you believe it? (Read Matthew 7:7). Sometimes God is also calling us to make a change in our mindset or how we handle our finances. Seek Him and He will show you! I’m believing our 2022 will be exceedingly blessed!
Blessings Friends!
We Praise You Lord! I ask that this prayer be sealed into Heaven. We thank you Lord, for You are Faithful, You are Good, You are Righteous. I Praise You Lord. YHWH! Adonai! Elohim! Yeshua! Lord, Jesus Christ.
Shalom
