Welcome to Days 10 and 11 of 25 Days of Prayer! I hope you are having a warm weekend! Our two days are combined as we are lifting up daughters and sons in this post. We want to cover the children of our families as they navigate through this new era of life. Psalm 127:3 “Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward.”

Prayer for Daughters:

Father, we thank you for the gift of children and moreover for our daughters. Lord, we cover every little girl of our families and of those we are connected to. Father, we pray that she will always be led by Your voice and not by the voice of the enemy. Lord, as she navigates through this life we thank you that You hold her hand and guide her in the path of truth and life. Father may she know who she is in Christ (Read Psalm 139:14) and always understand her value and worth in You. Father, let her be firmly planted in You, a daughter of faith, purity, truth and Your word. Lord, we cover Your daughter now in the blood of Jesus and speak divine protection and blessing over her in this world. We love You Lord and thank you for this child. In Jesus mighty name we pray, amen.

Prayer for Sons:

Father, we thank you for the gift of children and moreover for our sons. Lord, we cover every little boy of our families and of those we are connected to. Father, we pray that he will always be led by Your voice and not by the voice of the enemy. Lord, as he navigates through this life we thank you that You hold his hand and guide him in the path of truth and life. Father may he know who he is in Christ (Read Psalm 139:14) and always understand his value and worth in You. Father, let him be firmly planted in You, a son of faith, purity, truth and Your word. Lord, we cover Your son now in the blood of Jesus and speak divine protection and blessing over him in this world. We Love You Lord and thank you for this child. In Jesus mighty name we pray, amen.

I now speak a blessing over children of our families:

I speak that this child (children) (daughter) (son) has salvation through Jesus Christ. This child does not fear the things of this world, but has reverence for our God. This child honors their parents and the Lord. This child chooses the path of life and stays away from the path of destruction. This child is blessed and highly favored. This child is loved and secure. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is so. Amen.

We Praise You Lord! I ask this prayer be sealed into Heaven. We thank you, Lord, for You are Faithful, You are Good, You are Righteous. I Praise You Lord. YHWH! Adonai! Elohim! Yeshua, Lord Jesus Christ.
