Welcome to Day 4 of 25 Days of Prayer! Today we are lifting up households and declaring the word of God over our homes. A shift happens when we speak God’s word over and throughout our home. Do you want an abundance of peace to saturate your home? Join me in prayer as we declare peace into our atmosphere.

An Important Word Before We Pray:

I encourage you to walk through your home and touch each door daily, bless it and call it a place of peace. There is power in the words we speak (Read Proverbs 18:4 and 21) as our Father in Heaven spoke the heavens and earth into existence; He has given us the authority through Jesus Christ to speak His living word. We also know that God watches over His word to perform it and it does not return void and accomplishes the purpose (Read Isaiah 55:11). Therefore, when we speak the word with faith according to His will, it is done.

Prayer for Households:

Father in the name of Jesus, I supplicate lifting up the person reading this prayer to cover their household. I declare that this is a household that serves You Lord Jesus (Read Joshua 24:15). I speak Luke 10:5: Peace shall be on and throughout this house. I declare that those residing in this home are peacemakers (Read Matthew 5:9). I speak that this home is blessed and covered in the blood of Jesus. I thank you Lord that everyone in this household brings joy to one another. I thank you that everyone in this home is helpful and that there is a spirit of helpfulness from all the family members residing in this home, in the name of Jesus Christ. I bind the spirit of depression from lingering in the atmosphere of this home and give it no access to the individual or to the home. I call this home a place of peace and restoration (Read Haggai 2:9). The individuals of this household are caring, loving and respectful to one another. The individuals of this home give no access for the enemy to reside. There are no cracks or holes for the enemy to creep in. We seal this home in the blood of Jesus and declare it a place of cleanliness, order, peace, love, respect and righteousness. I declare that this home pleases the Lord in all their ways and blesses Him all their days. I call this home blessed from the front door to the back door. I cover all rooms, doorways and windowsills in the blood of Jesus. I speak salvation over every member of this home and thank you Lord for each person. I call each member of this home blessed in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names. It is so. Amen.

Encouraging word:

Haggai 2:9 “The latter glory of this house shall be greater than the former, says the Lord of hosts. And in this place I will give peace, declares the Lord of hosts.” I believe that God is saying no matter how your home has been, He can bring peace to your home starting now. Begin to speak His word over your home and watch the atmosphere shift. Another word the Holy Spirit gave me: If you are hoping to see change in your household, but it is taking some time to come into fruition, continue to speak the word and believe that in due time you will reap a beautiful harvest in your home if you do not give up. Galatians 6:9 “And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.” Do not give up on your children, your spouse or your family members. Shift the atmosphere with continual prayer, praise and the word of God. Let the word of God saturate your atmosphere and I believe that you will see uplifting changes.

We Praise You Lord! I ask this prayer be sealed into Heaven. We thank you Lord, for You are Faithful, You are Good, You are Righteous. I Praise You Lord. YHWH! Adonai! Elohim! Yeshua! Lord, Jesus Christ.

Shalom
