Welcome to Day 3 of 25 Days of Prayer! Today we are lifting up marriages and declaring the word of God. Marriage (Husband and Wife) was designed by God, therefore we need Him to be the center of it all. I also have a powerful word to share with you that the Holy Spirit gave me during fasting and prayer earlier this year while inquiring about God’s purposes for marriage. Matthew 18:19 says “Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in Heaven.” When the Holy Spirit spoke this scripture to me, I immediatly understood the power of two being together on one accord. The power of praying together and the power of speaking God’s word together. Families of God were meant to be powerful, but the enemy has worked very hard to deceive marraiges keeping them away from praying together. We must get back to opening our bibles in our homes and declaring the word. The word of God is active and alive, (Read Hebrews 4:12) when you speak it, the atmosphere of your marriage shifts. Are you ready? Let us pray.

Prayer for Marriages:

Dear Heavenly Father God, I come to you in prayer supplicating for marriages around the world. Father, I pray for those who may be lukewarm with You, who sometimes pray and sometimes read the word. Father, I pray for a fresh hunger for Your word and Your Spirit to be the center of their marriage. Father, teach them how to pray fire prayers that keeps the enemy out of their marriage and You the center. I speak your word today, Matthew 18:19 that as the two come together in prayer they will experience true oneness, unity, and divine love in their marriage. Father, if this marriage needs healing or restoration I lift this union up to You asking that You Lord Jesus would take Your rightful place as the center of their marriage. Father, guide them as one and restore any wholeness that has become deteriorated over time. Father, teach this married couple how to speak life over their union (Read Proverbs 18:21) and to always encourage and uplift one another treating each other as their own bodies (Read Ephesians 5:28). Father we pray Your original plan for marriage and family over this union today. (Read Genesis 4:28). I speak Your word, Mark 10:9 saying “therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate” I pray that they love and forgive one another abounding in grace just as You Lord Jesus love and forgive them. (Read Matthew 6:15)

Prayer to Remove any Hinderances for a Blessed Marriage:

I now call on the anointing of our Lord Jesus Christ to break any yolks of spirits of un-forgiveness, unfaithfulness, betrayal, abuse, arguments, anger, resentment, fear, rejection, insecurity, jealousy, disrespect, roaming eyes, lust, intoxication, stubbornness, hardened-heartedness, heartbreak, mistreatment, misunderstanding, lack of listening, pride, arrogance, manipulation, and mistrust. All illegal contracts formed by the enemy are broken now. All wrong words and wrong prayers spoken against this marriage are canceled now in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. I speak healing and life over this marriage. Father, I ask that if this union has been dealing with any of the spirits listed that they seek You first and not allow any more access to the enemy. I pray for discernment for this union, that they recognize when it’s the enemy and how to take authority over it through prayer and righteous living. I ask that this union be covered in the blood of Jesus and dedicated to our savior, Jesus Christ.

I now speak a blessing over marriages:

I speak that this marriage is blessed and covered by our Lord Jesus. This marriage is faith-filled, faithful, favored, and a representation of God’s love. When others see this union, God’s light and love shines brightly through them. In this union there is divine grace from God for one another. There is grace over this marriage and faith in God to keep it strong. This marriage is healthy. This union has laughter and an abundance of peace. They are filled with the joy of the Lord and no one can separate this union (Read Mark 10:9). They are a powerful union because they are in Christ and the Lord is the head of their marriage. I call this union blessed by the authority and power of Yeshua, Jesus Christ. it is so! Amen.

We Praise You Lord! I ask this prayer be sealed into Heaven. We thank you Lord, for You are Faithful, You are Good, You are Righteous. I Praise You Lord. YHWH! Adonai! Elohim! Yeshua! Lord, Jesus Christ.
