Shalom and Happy Sunday dear friends.

Prayer is already apart of my daily life and there are times God will call me to go deeper in the word while drawing closer to Him and now is one of those times. I welcome you to join me in prayer and worship at 6:00 am over the next 40 days. Monday, June 28 – Friday, August 6th. This is a personal call for me and I welcome you to join only if you feel led and want to take the opportunity to draw near to God. James 4:8 “draw near to God, and He will draw near to you.” .

Here is what you will need daily:

– Bible – Highlighter – Pen – Worship Music – Quiet Space – Open Heart to Hear God

Why 6:00 a.m.?

– This specific time is my personal choice. This is also before I begin work and it’s the most quiet time of the day for me. There are also many spiritual reasons connected to praying at certain hours of the day. I also made a decision earlier this year to give my first fruit of time over to God and this blessed my life tremendously. This is also my personal sacrifice. Instead of hitting the snooze button or reading social media, it’s me and God.

Why 40 Day’s?

– This is also personal and it’s what I received from God to do. You will see the number 40 mentioned quite frequently in the Bible and it has various meanings. Again, only do so if you are led to.

Lastly, dear friends I will also be praying for you during this time for your peace, divine protection, increased health, a closer walk with God and your overall well-being.

Let us continue to draw near to God!
