True Story – In my teen years I went through being bullied at school for several years by one person whom now I understand the enemy used specifically to try and stop me from my destiny. In those moments, I didn’t understand why this person just would not stop, as I was her target for torment. My mother even moved me to a new school in a new district and guess what, the bully followed me to that school. There was no escaping until a specific key was given to me by my dad and that was the word of God. He showed me how to read the psalms and I began speaking that word over my life. When I read that word the enemy stopped and disappeared. I did not see that person again. Hence, it was the enemy himself working through that person. When I began speaking the word of God, the enemy fled from me in seven directions just as the word says. What the enemy didn’t know is that because of that bully I learned the powerful word of God. I became in love with the word and it is why I am who I am in God today, a prayer warrior and author for the kingdom of God.

All of this is to say thank you dad for sharing the word with me. I never knew reading the Psalm would make such a great impact on my life and for the work I am doing in the kingdom now.

“Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away. Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. For the Lord knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.”
‭‭Psalm‬ ‭1:1-6‬ ‭KJV‬‬

This scripture let me know that I would be blessed and that bullying spirit would wither away. After reading this scripture daily before going to school I knew that God was taking care of things and I did not have to live in fear. The amazing thing about this situation is that the word of God put a stop to the enemies plans. I encourage anyone who has a child that is going through bullying to learn the word of God, specifically Psalm 1. Speak it over themselves, believe it in their heart and they will see a change as the enemy is afraid of God and His word.

Happy Father’s Day

❤️ Shalom
