Iā€™m blessed to say that my Journal has now been published. I created this journal for those who are seeking to regain a healthy self-esteem and overall self-love from a faith based standpoint. You may be at a place in your life where you feel that you have lost a sense of who you are and now you are ready to rediscover yourself. You may also be someone who just needs a little self-care and some accountability that will help you along the way. Whatever category you may fall in, my words were written with you in mind dear friends. This 28-day journal will guide and prompt you to move in a new direction that will lead you towards more self-love. After you have completed your 28 days, you will find additional blank pages for you to take notes, or simply continue your journey on the path to journaling your own thoughts and feelings.
